Descriptions of services, coverage, response times and capabilities on this site are provided for information. They are not a contractual offer and do not by themselves create any obligation on our part.
Response SLAs quoted on this site describe the commitments available under our service models. The SLA that applies to you is the one recorded in your own agreement with us.
We do not publish prices. Any figure quoted to you is given in a written quotation for a specific piece of work, and that quotation sets out what it covers.
Coverage statements
Where a city is described as covered on request through our engineer network, that means we do not maintain a standing local team there and no standard SLA applies. We confirm an engineer and a realistic timescale before you commit to anything in those markets.
Facility operators named on this site are identified as market context. Naming an operator does not imply any relationship with, endorsement by, or authorisation from that operator.
Accuracy
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or free of error at all times. Content may be updated without notice.
Where case studies describe results, those are descriptions of work delivered rather than audited figures, and customer details are anonymised.
Intellectual property
The content, design and branding of this site belong to DataOptix or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use. You may not republish our content commercially or present it as your own without written permission.
Third-party names and trademarks referred to on this site remain the property of their respective owners.
